Group bookings are available for those wishing to book 10 rooms or more. For AIDS 2020, group bookings are available via an online system (a conference profile is not required). One-night room and tax deposit will be charged at time of reservation. The remainder of your balance will be paid to the hotel at time of stay. Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. If cancellation is made after 72 hours prior to arrival a one-night room and tax cancellation fee will apply.
Group
Full pre-payment room and tax is due 24 April, 2020. Cancellation must be made 7 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made after 7 days prior to arrival a one-night room and tax cancellation fee will apply.
